Kerry Williams is an American voice actress known for her work in English-language dubs of anime series and films, particularly during the era when 4Kids Entertainment licensed numerous Japanese properties for Western audiences. Before beginning her voice acting career in New York City, she worked as a dancer in Florida, Japan, and California.

Williams's career encompasses a range of prominent voice roles from the late 1990s through the 2000s. In the Pokémon franchise, she is recognized for voicing the Mythical Pokémon Jirachi in the feature film Pokémon: Jirachi Wish Maker. Her other roles within this franchise include the recurring character Casey in both the Pokémon anime and Pokémon Chronicles. She voiced the character Momo in the English adaptation of the anime series Tama and Friends. Williams also provided the voice of Tiff, one of the main characters in the series Kirby: Right Back at Ya!. Another notable credit from this period is the role of Yukie Uranami in the series Shrine of the Morning Mist.
