Vittorio Stagni is an Italian actor and voice actor born in Milan on December 17, 1937, with a career spanning from the late 1940s to the present. His early life was steeped in performance, as he was born to a theatre administrator and began acting at the age of seven. He trained under notable figures such as Lee Strasberg and Jacques Lecoq, and his first forays into voice acting included providing the Italian voice for the character Skinny in the film Dumbo.

Stagni's work in voice acting, particularly for anime and animated series dubbed into Italian, is extensive.
