Natasha Malinsky, also known as Natasha Charles Parker, is an American actress and voice actress recognized for her work in English dubs of Japanese anime, particularly for productions based in Singapore. Her career in voice acting began during her college years, leading to a significant period in Singapore where she voiced numerous roles in anime and live-action series.

Malinsky's early life involved performing in local theatre, and she pursued this interest academically, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Communication Studies with a Theatre Minor from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. After graduating, she moved to Singapore to focus on voiceover work, a stint that established her foundation in anime dubbing.

She is known for several prominent roles in English-dubbed anime. Malinsky provided the voice for Nico Robin and Nefertari Vivi in the Odex dub of the long-running series One Piece. She also voiced Katie, Murumo, and Queen Sara in the MediaLink dub of Mirmo Zibang!. In the Pokémon franchise, her credits include Solana in Pokémon Advanced Generation and Pokémon Diamond & Pearl, as well as Kenny and Rhonda in Pokémon Diamond & Pearl. Her work in the anime Shutsugeki! Machine Robo Rescue includes voicing the characters Marie Bitou and Sayuri Suizenji. Her other anime credits span titles such as Hungry Heart - Wild Striker, Daa! Daa! Daa!, and the film Urusei Yatsura: Only You.

Beyond anime, Malinsky's voice work includes the 4Kids dub of Winx Club, where she voiced the character Livy and additional voices. Following her time in Singapore, she continued her career in New York and Los Angeles, working on series for Fox 4 Kids TV and Cartoon Network.

Parallel to her voice acting, Malinsky has maintained a career in theatre and on-screen acting. She received a New York Times-acclaimed performance for her role in the Off-Broadway play WASPs in Bed and was praised by the Los Angeles Times for her portrayal of Linda Lovelace in The Deep Throat Sex Scandal at the Zephyr Theatre. She also starred in the world premiere of The Baby, which won a Best of Fringe award in 2013. Her on-screen appearances include roles in the independent film Promoted and The Ascension. Additionally, she has worked as a producer and writer for the comedy series Timber the Series.
