Takuma Takewaka is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on March 22, 1971, in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency t-echo. His career in anime began to gain visibility in the early 2000s with prominent supporting roles.

Takewaka's early notable work includes the role of Amon in the 2002 television anime Witch Hunter Robin. The following year, in 2003, he was active in several projects, including providing the voice for Kenji Minasagi in the anime series Swallowtail Inn. That same year, he was also involved with the series Shutsugeki! Machine Robo Rescue, where he is credited as a performer and collaborated with director Kobe Mamoru.

Throughout the mid-2000s, Takewaka secured a variety of roles that demonstrated his range. He voiced Morita Kaoru in the Honey and Clover series in 2005 and its 2006 sequel. In 2004, he was the voice of Masaomi Oogami in Onmyou Taisenki, and in 2005, he voiced Ryouhei Ogawara in Jinki: Extend. He also took on roles in series such as Kekkaishi, where he played an Observer, and Trinity Blood, providing the voice of Süleyman.
