Stephanie Wittels, also known professionally as Stephanie Wittels Wachs, is an American voice actress born on February 20, 1981. She began her career in anime voice acting in the mid-2000s, working extensively with ADV Films and Sentai Filmworks on English-language dubs. Her North American anime debut was in the series Air Gear, where she voiced the main role of Yayoi Nakayama.

Wittels has built a substantial filmography, taking on a wide range of characters across numerous popular anime series. She is perhaps best known for her long-running role as Erina Nakiri in the Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma franchise, voicing the character across multiple installments including The Third Plate, The Fourth Plate, and The Fifth Plate. She also provides the voice for the goddess Hephaistos in the Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? series, including its fourth season. Her other prominent roles include Nagisa Saito in both seasons of Squid Girl, Rosehip in Girls und Panzer der Film, Makoto Kowata in Flying Witch, Megumi Sakura in School-Live!, and Shino Kuribayashi in Gate. Her early career featured significant roles in series such as Clannad as Kouko Ibuki, Air as Kano Kirishima, and Princess Resurrection as Francesca.

In addition to her voice acting work, Wittels has built a career as an author, activist, and entrepreneur. She co-founded the Houston-based theatre company Rec Room Arts and co-founded the podcast network Lemonada Media, where she also serves as Chief Creative Officer and hosts the podcast Last Day. She is the author of the memoir Everything is Horrible and Wonderful: A Tragicomic Memoir of Genius, Heroin, Love and Loss.
