Shiho Kikuchi is a Japanese voice actress born on May 6, 1972, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency remax. Her career spans several decades, with significant activity from the mid-1990s onward. Early in her career, she was a member of the voice actor unit Cherish Monkey with fellow voice actress Sanae Kobayashi. She also pursued musical interests as part of the band Locomoco Straw, formed in the autumn of 2002.
Kikuchi has built a substantial portfolio of voice roles across television anime, original video animations (OVAs), and video games. One of her earliest and most iconic roles is Miharu Tatebayashi from the landmark dating simulation game Tokimeki Memorial in 1994, a character she also voiced in its various adaptations and sequels. In anime, she is well known for her role as Hikaru Amano in the series Martian Successor Nadesico (1996) and its subsequent film. Her other notable anime roles include Aoi Arisagawa in Dennō Bōkenki Webdiver (2001), Roll in the MazinKaiser OVA series (2001-2003), Ayamo Nakamura in the Stratos 4 franchise (2003-2005), and the title character Tsubomi in Papillon Rose (2003). She also voiced Merrybell Candy Stuart in the Voogie's Angel OVA series and its sequel, and Lilia in Galerians: Rion. Her work includes the role of Lupo the Kangaroo in the 2010 anime The Animal Conference on the Environment. In the Memories Off series, she provided the voice for Shizuru Shirakawa, appearing in games and the OVA Memories Off 3.5.
