Rie Hikisaka is a Japanese voice actress born on September 11, 1996, in Kagoshima Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Stay Luck. Standing at 146 cm tall, she has a nickname, Hikki, among fans.

Hikisaka joined Stay Luck as a workshop student in 2015 and made her official voice acting debut in 2016. Her inspiration to pursue this career came from watching the anime Inuyasha during her childhood. She was also a fan of the original Pretty Cure series during her middle school years, which made her later casting in the franchise a significant personal milestone.

Her breakthrough and first leading role came in 2018 when she was cast as Hana Nono, also known as Cure Yell, in the television anime Hugtto! Precure. She reprised this role in several franchise theatrical films, including Precure Super Stars! (2018), Hugtto! Precure Futari wa Precure All Stars Memories (2018), and Precure Miracle Universe (2019).

Following her success in Hugtto! Precure, Hikisaka has taken on a variety of notable roles. These include March in the first season of To Your Eternity (2021), Miguel in Megalobox 2: Nomad (2021), and Chimumu in Waccha PriMagi! (2021). Her other anime work includes the small but memorable role of Osushi-chan in the Burn the Witch anime and its sequel (2020-2023), Tetra in the Phantasy Star Online 2 series of web animations (2019-2020), and Nene in Chikuwa Senki (2025). She has also built an extensive resume in video games, contributing her voice to titles such as Granblue Fantasy, Princess Connect! Re:Dive, and League of Legends.

Beyond acting, Hikisaka's personal interests include illustration and original dance, which she lists as her hobbies and special skills. She also holds qualifications in kendo and basic information technology.
