Giuliano Santi is an Italian voice actor and dubbing director, born in Rome on March 18, 1952. He is a graduate of the Silvio D'Amico National Academy of Dramatic Arts, and his career also includes work as a theater actor, dialogue writer, and speaker. Beyond performance, he has been involved in theatrical craftsmanship, particularly in the fabrication of masks for acting.

Santi has lent his voice to a wide array of characters in Italian-dubbed versions of anime and animated series. He is known for providing the Italian voice of Felix in the series Baby Felix and the film Felix Saves Christmas. Other prominent anime roles include Lieutenant Girodelle in Lady Oscar, Eric Buttman in Lady Georgie, and the father of Hanappe in Hanappe Bazooka. He also voiced roles in several Dragon Ball films, such as Gustle, Dorodabo, and Dore, in their first Italian dubs.
