Christopher Kromer is an American actor and voice actor known for his work in English dubs of anime series and films. He was born Christopher Edward Kromer on August 1, 1973, in Queens, New York City. His career in voice acting began in the late 1990s and includes a number of prominent roles in anime produced during that era and beyond. One of his earliest and most notable roles was providing the voice of HyoRyu in the 1997 anime series GaoGaiGar: King of the Braves.

Kromer's voice acting portfolio features several significant characters in English adaptations of popular anime. He is perhaps best known for his long-running role as Kite Tenjo, which he voiced for 73 episodes in Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal and later reprised for six episodes of Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V. He also voiced the character in related video games such as Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links. Another major role was that of Judeau in the English versions of the Berserk franchise. He first voiced the character in the 1997-1998 Berserk TV series and later returned to the role for the Berserk: The Golden Age Arc film trilogy and its subsequent television edit, Berserk: The Golden Age Arc - Memorial Edition. His other anime voice credits include Yukimura Sanada in Samurai Deeper Kyo, Daichi Kuraki in Kurokami: The Animation, Leona in Phoenix, and roles in series such as Queen's Blade Rebellion and Giant Robo: The Animation.

Beyond anime, Kromer's voice work extends to animation and video games. He voiced Gray Morgan in the 2011 animated film The Painting and Mr. Wilder in the animated series Huntik: Secrets & Seekers. In the video game world, he is credited with the role of Kirby Olsen in the 2006 Rockstar Games title Bully. A notable aspect of his career is his recurring collaboration with NYAV Post, an audio production company known for dubbing and localization, for which he provided voices for projects like the Giant Robo OVA.
