Fumiko Uchimura is a Japanese voice actress from Kagoshima Prefecture, born on December 16th and affiliated with the talent agency VIMS. She became interested in pursuing voice acting during her fifth year of elementary school after a classmate suggested the career, which led her to take note of the voice actors listed in anime ending credits. She later trained at the Japan Narration Acting Institute.

Uchimura began her professional career in 2010 with an appearance in a radio drama. Her first regular role in a television anime series came in 2014 when she voiced Haruki Sagae in Riddle Story of Devil, a part that marked a significant step in her career.
