Jorge Ornelas is a Mexican voice actor and dubbing actor with a prolific career spanning numerous anime series, animated shows, and live-action productions. He was born on October 27, 1970, in Mexico and is known for his extensive and versatile work in the Mexican dubbing industry.

Ornelas's career in anime voice acting includes a wide array of significant roles. He is recognized for voicing Ryuunosuke Umemiya, also known as Ryu, in the series Shaman King. He also provided the voice for Myr in the series Radiant and for Ichiro in Mirmo Zibang!. His work extends to other major franchises, including his role as Shunsui Kyoraku in Bleach, Yamato in Naruto Shippūden, and Hideki Ide in Death Note. He has also contributed voices to long-running series such as One Piece, where he played Bentham also known as Mr. 2, and various characters in the Pokémon anime, including Maxie, Byron, and Blandito.
