Yurika Hino is a Japanese actress and voice actress born on January 16, 1963, in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. After graduating from the drama course at the Bunka Gakuin literature department, she joined the Theatre Company Subaru in 1987, remaining with the group until December 2011. As of April 2025, she is affiliated with the agency Office Anemone. In addition to her acting career, she is involved in mentoring young voice actors.

Hino has a prolific career in voice acting, encompassing anime, video games, and foreign film dubbing. In anime, she is frequently cast in roles for adult women and maternal figures. Her extensive filmography includes a number of the roles specified. She voiced Tokiko Tachibana in the series Domestic Girlfriend, credited as Tsukiko Tachibana.
