Jessica Schwartz is an American voice actor known for her work in English-language dubs of anime series and films, primarily during the 1990s and early 2000s. Her career is closely associated with ADV Films, a Houston-based production company that was a major producer of English dubs for Japanese animation during that era.

Schwartz's voice acting roles span a variety of original video animations and television series. She voiced the characters Kaoru Okita and Seiryuu in the historical OVA Moeyo Ken and provided the voice for Kiiro in the science-fiction comedy OVA Iczelion. In the fantasy OVA Dragoon, she played the role of Millie. She also voiced the apprentice spiritualist Raifan in both the Legend of Crystania motion picture and its sequel OVA, The Chaos Ring.
