Damien Locqueneux is a Belgian-based voice actor, singer, and stage performer known for his extensive work in the French dubbing of anime series and animated programs. Born in Nice, France on October 26, 1989, he initially trained in theatre at the Conservatoire royal de Bruxelles. He later specialized in musical comedy, undertaking numerous training courses and workshops in New York City starting in 2012, including at NYU Steinhardt and the Broadway Dance Center.

Locqueneux is perhaps best recognized for his portrayal of the mentalist Gen Asagiri in the French version of the popular anime series Dr. Stone. He has voiced this character consistently across all installments of the show, including Dr. Stone, Dr. Stone: Stone Wars, the Dr. Stone: Ryusui special, and Dr. Stone: New World. Another significant anime role is Kill-Vearn in the 2020 adaptation of Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai. He also voices Ranmaru Yatsu in the series Dead Mount Death Play. His repertoire extends to leading roles in other major anime, such as Luciel in The Great Cleric, Amethio in Pokémon Horizons: The Series, and Code in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.

Beyond these specific titles, his voice work is prolific across the Belgian dubbing industry.
