Belinda Martínez is a Mexican voice actress recognized for her extensive work in Latin American Spanish dubs of anime and live-action series. Born on May 22, she began her career in 1965 with her debut role as Julie Olson on the soap opera Days of Our Lives. Her husband is fellow voice actor Benjamín Rivera.

Martínez is particularly renowned for her roles in iconic anime series. She provided the voice for the character Kira, also known as Kayura, in the series Legendary Armor Samurai Troopers. Her filmography includes a long-standing association with the Lupin III franchise, where she is the voice of the character Vanessa, the Latin American Spanish name for Fujiko Mine, in numerous films and series installments from 1994 onward. Another significant role is in the Sailor Moon universe, where she voiced multiple characters, most notably Queen Beryl, Haruka Tenoh/Sailor Uranus, and other roles across various series and movies. Her voice can also be heard in the Dragon Ball Z movie Bojack Unbound as Zangya and in the television series as Maron. Additional notable anime credits include Yui Ikari in Neon Genesis Evangelion, Rem Saverem in Trigun, Panther in the Saber Marionette J franchise, and Catherine Aiyama in Tekkaman Blade.
