Belinda Martínez is a Mexican voice actress recognized for her extensive work in Latin American Spanish dubs of anime and live-action series. Born on May 22, she began her career in 1965 with her debut role as Julie Olson on the soap opera Days of Our Lives. Her husband is fellow voice actor Benjamín Rivera.

Martínez is particularly renowned for her roles in iconic anime series. She provided the voice for the character Kira, also known as Kayura, in the series Legendary Armor Samurai Troopers. Her filmography includes a long-standing association with the Lupin III franchise, where she is the voice of the character Vanessa, the Latin American Spanish name for Fujiko Mine, in numerous films and series installments from 1994 onward.
