Roberto Rodrigues, also known by the name Roberto Morenno, is a Brazilian voice actor, dubber, and announcer based in São Paulo. His birth name is Roberto Moreno Felizardo Júnior. Rodrigues has built a substantial career voicing characters in a wide array of anime series and films for the Portuguese dubbing market.

He is notably recognized for providing the Portuguese voice for protagonist Haruo Yaguchi in the first season of the anime Hi Score Girl. He also voiced the character Haruo Sakaki across all three films in the animated Godzilla trilogy: Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters, Godzilla: City on the Edge of Battle, and Godzilla: The Planet Eater. His other prominent anime roles include Adlet Mayer in Rokka: Braves of the Six Flowers, Benedict Blue in Violet Evergarden, Rantarō Kiyama in Beyblade Burst, the Red Rider in Fate/Apocrypha, Tobi in Children of the Whales, and Tom Borden in Kuromukuro. He also voiced Lupitheon in Bakugan Battle Planet, King Enma in the Yo-kai Watch film Enma Daioh to Itsutsu no Monogatari da Nyan!, and Joaquim in The Princess and the Pilot.

In addition to his voice work in anime, Rodrigues's dubbing credits extend to live-action series and films, including voicing Todd Brotzman (Elijah Wood) in Dirk Gently and providing additional voices for the popular series La Casa de Papel. His role as Haruo Sakaki in the Godzilla anime trilogy is noted as his first time voicing a protagonist in an anime for Netflix and in São Paulo-based dubs.
