Hiroaki Miura is a Japanese voice actor born on March 24, 1977, in Nagano Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production and made his debut as a voice actor in 1998. Miura is known for his versatility, capable of performing both energetic, hot-blooded characters and calm, collected individuals.

Miura has built a substantial career across animation, video games, and original video animations. He is perhaps most recognized for his long-running role as Cygnus Hyoga in the Saint Seiya franchise, appearing in several installments including The Hades Chapter - Inferno and The Hades Chapter - Elysion. In the fantasy series Taishō Mebiusline Chicchai-san, he voices the character Shigure, and he played the father in the short-form series Mannaka no Rikkun.
