Alessandro Pili is an Italian voice actor born in Milan on September 1, 1989. He developed his craft at the Laboratorio Professione Attori of the Centro Teatro Attivo in Milan, where he graduated in 2012 and specialized in dubbing. That same year, he began working professionally in the industry. Prior to his voice acting career, he earned a degree in Modern Literature from the Università Statale di Milano in 2013.

Pili has provided the Italian voice for a wide array of characters in anime series and films. He is notably the Italian voice of Kenma Kozume, the quiet and analytical setter for Nekoma High, in various installments of the Haikyu!! franchise, including the television series Haikyu!! Second Season, Haikyu!! To The Top, the Haikyu!! LAND VS. AIR OAV, and the film Haikyu!! The Dumpster Battle. He also voices David Martinez, the protagonist of the cyberpunk action series Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. In Fire Force, he is the voice of the eccentric scientist Victor Licht. His other significant anime roles include Kasugaigarasu, the talking crow in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Shibisu in Tower of God, Masaya Aoyama in Tokyo Mew Mew New, Robin Kazami in Beyblade X, and Yumichika Ayasegawa in Bleach. He has also voiced characters in Jujutsu Kaisen, including Aoi Todo in the film Jujutsu Kaisen 0, and Ryota Kise in Kuroko's Basketball.

Beyond his work in animation, Pili's voice is featured in Italian dubs of live-action television series. He has voiced Eli Moskowitz / Falco in Cobra Kai, Jeff Atkins in Tredici (13 Reasons Why), and Prince Andrew in The Crown. He also works as a voice for video games, such as providing the Italian voice for the operator Beagle in Arknights, and is the official voice of the Leolandia theme park and has appeared in various radio and television commercials.
