Momoka Terasawa is a Japanese voice actress born on September 18 and affiliated with the talent agency Sigma Seven. She began her career in 2018 after graduating from the Sigma Seven affiliated training school. Her interest in voice acting was sparked during her first year of junior high school when she performed in a puppet show and was encouraged by the positive reaction from the audience.

Terasawa's early career included roles in various media, but her casting in 2021 as Yuzu Hanaoka in the popular mobile game Blue Archive marked a significant early role. She achieved her first main role in a television anime series in 2023, voicing Gakuto Yuzuki, the youngest of the four brothers, in The Yuzuki Family's Four Sons.

The year 2024 was a notable period for Terasawa, with several high-profile roles. She voiced Kaho Hariya in Sound! Euphonium 3. She also played Chika Komari in the anime series Too Many Losing Heroines!, a performance that garnered attention. For this series, she also sang a cover of Yui's song "Feel My Soul," which was used as the third ending theme. In a unique showcase of her vocal range, Terasawa voiced all seven main animal characters in the short comedy anime Pochars, which include Pocha-kame (turtle), Pocha-kirin (giraffe), Pocha-kujira (whale), Pocha-kuma (bear), Pocha-tora (tiger), Pocha-usagi (rabbit), and Pocha-zō (elephant).

Her other game credits include roles in titles such as Touhou LostWord and Grand Summoners.
