Foviau's interest in performing began at the age of six, leading her mother to enroll her with an agency. This early start allowed her to begin appearing in film and television productions. At ten years old, she landed the lead role in the television film Les Yeux de Cécile. The post-synchronization process for this project sparked her entry into the world of dubbing, as directors sought child voices. She later pursued a literary baccalaureate with a focus on cinema and continued her training at the École supérieure du spectacle.

While Foviau's career encompasses on-screen roles and theatre, she is primarily celebrated as a prolific voice actress. Her work spans a wide variety of media, including live-action series, films, and animation. Notably, she has voiced Mary Saotome in the anime series Kakegurui Twin, Aily Yamamoto in Back Street Girls: Gokudols, and Makiwo in the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc.
