Hiromi Hirata is a Japanese voice actress and singer affiliated with the agency I'm Enterprise. She was born on February 19, 1978, in Hiroshima Prefecture. Hirata began her voice acting career in 1999 and is known for providing voices for a wide range of characters in anime series and video games.

Hirata is perhaps best known for her long-running role as Makoto Kikuchi in The iDOLM@STER multimedia franchise. She has voiced the character in numerous productions, including the television anime The Idolmaster, the OVA The Idolmaster: Live For You!, the video game iDOLM@STER: Live For You!, and the short-form series PUCHIM@S and its sequel, where the character is affectionately referred to as Makochii. She also reprised the role for The IDOLM@STER MOVIE: Kagayaki no Mukōgawa e! and The iDOLM@STER Shiny Festa.

Another significant recurring role for Hirata is Miyabi in the Senran Kagura series. She has voiced this character in various installments, including the television series Senran Kagura Shinovi Master and the video games Senran Kagura: Estival Versus and Senran Kagura: Estival Versus - Festival Eve Full of Swimsuits. Her first major credited anime role was as Maggie Mui in the 2003 series R.O.D the TV.
