Teppei Uenishi is a Japanese voice actor and actor affiliated with the agency 81 Produce. He was born on September 1 in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. His path to a career in voice acting began with his admiration for characters from the Gundam franchise. In 2014, he gained recognition by winning the Excellence Award, the Shogakukan Award, and the NOTTV Award at the 8th 81 Audition.

Uenishi's career encompasses a wide range of roles in television anime, animated films, and video games. One of his earliest major roles was as the protagonist Hikari Tsutsui, also known as Tsuttsun, in the 2018 romantic comedy series Real Girl (3D Kanojo: Real Girl). He has also taken on leading roles in other projects, such as voicing the character Yūki in the 2020 streaming anime Ometeotl≠HERO. In the Transformers franchise, he is the Japanese voice of the character Lightlong, a giraffe-shaped Energy Beast in the 2025 series Transformers: Wild King.

Beyond these prominent roles, Uenishi has built an extensive portfolio of supporting and guest characters across numerous popular series. His television anime credits include appearances in Uma Musume Pretty Derby, The Misfit of Demon King Academy, Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun, Blue Lock, and many others.
