Martin Spinhayer is a Belgian actor born in 1975, primarily known for his extensive work in voice acting for the French-language dubbing of animated series and films, particularly anime. He has built a prolific career lending his voice to a wide array of characters across many popular franchises.

Spinhayer is perhaps best recognized for his long-standing roles in major shonen anime. He is a key voice in the French adaptation of One Piece, having taken over the role of the cyborg shipwright Franky from episode 751 onwards, a role he has also voiced in several franchise films including One Piece Stampede and One Piece Film Red. His work in the series also includes voicing other characters like Crocus, Arlong, and the giants Dorry and Brogy. In the Naruto universe, he has voiced multiple characters across different series, such as Shino Aburame, Hiruka, and later Hiashi Hyûga in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. For the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise, his credits include Gozaburo Kaiba and Yami Marik in the original series, as well as roles in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, 5D's, and Zexal.

His repertoire also includes significant roles in classic and modern anime. He voiced the twin saints Saga and Kanon in Saint Seiya: The Hades Chapter - Sanctuary. He was the voice of the villainous Escargoon in Kirby: Right Back At Ya! and took on the role of Cross Marian in D.Gray-man. In film, his credits include the villain Grünwald in Horus, Prince of the Sun, Yattaran in the CGI film Harlock: Space Pirate, and Odin in the Netflix series Cannon Busters. He has also voiced characters in Beyblade: Metal Fusion and its accompanying movie Metal Fight Beyblade VS Taiyō Shakunetsu no Shinryakusha.

Beyond anime, Spinhayer's voice can be heard in a variety of other animated productions and video games. He has voiced characters in series such as Transformers: Robots in Disguise, where he played Megatronus and Groundpounder, as well as in Star Wars Rebels and the English-language film Lady Death. His video game work includes the role of Hiashi Hyûga in Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections. In addition to animation, he has also appeared in live-action television series.
