Rogério Jacques is a Portuguese voice actor known for his work on anime series and films for the Portuguese market. He has built a career dubbing numerous characters, often taking on leading roles in major franchises.

He is most recognized for his long-standing association with the role of Mamoru Chiba, also known as Tuxedo Mask, in the Portuguese dubs of the Sailor Moon anime. His work in this franchise spans various iterations, including the original Sailor Moon, Sailor Moon R, Sailor Moon S, Sailor Moon SuperS, and Sailor Moon Sailor Stars. He continued voicing the character in later adaptations, such as Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal: Season III and the film Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal. Beyond the lead role, he has also voiced several other characters in the series, including Zoisite, Saphir, and Wiseman.

Jacques has a significant body of work in the long-running series One Piece, where he has voiced Usopp in the film One Piece Stampede. In the television series, his roles are extensive and include Usopp, the pirate Red-Haired Shanks, the fish-man Hatchan, Buggy the Clown, and Yasopp, among many others.
