Mayu Yoshioka is a Japanese voice actress and actress associated with the agencies 81 Produce and GREEN LEAVES. Born on November 7, 1995, in Osaka Prefecture, she began her entertainment career as a child actor, appearing in television dramas and films while affiliated with the Himawari Theatre Group.

Yoshioka's career as a voice actor began after she successfully passed the avex and 81 Produce Wake Up, Girls! audition in 2012, an opportunity that launched her into the industry. She was cast as Shimada Mayu, the central character in the Wake Up, Girls! multimedia project, and served as the center of the real-life voice acting idol unit formed from the series. For their work as a group, Yoshioka and her fellow Wake Up, Girls! cast members received the Special Award at the 9th Seiyuu Awards in 2015. The group continued its activities until disbanding in 2019.

Following the conclusion of the Wake Up, Girls! project, Yoshioka has built a versatile portfolio of voice roles across anime, games, and films. In television animation, her major roles include the enthusiastic knight Tirana Exedirika in the buddy-police series Cop Craft, the dedicated fan and Moon Division captain Itsuki Saijo in Sakura Wars the Animation, and the hardworking student Haruka Kiritani in the COLORFUL STAGE! project. Her film work includes providing the voice for Shimada Mayu in the Wake Up, Girls! movie series and reprising her role as Haruka Kiritani in the 2025 theatrical film COLORFUL STAGE! The Movie: A Miku Who Can't Sing. Other notable anime roles include Ayame in Hacka Doll the Animation, Mayu in the net animation Wake Up, Girl Zoo!, and Granmaria in the series Farming Life in Another World.

In addition to her voice acting, Yoshioka has demonstrated creative talent in writing. She has written short drama scripts for collaborative projects related to Wake Up, Girls! and Hacka Doll, drawing on her interest in stage play observation and script creation. Her performance background includes dance and ballet, skills that complement her voice work. She also remains active in stage performances and has appeared in video games such as the long-running mobile game Tokyo 7th Sisters as Eposuka Waniiguchi and in the social game The Idolmaster Million Live!.
