Fujiko Takimoto is a Japanese voice actress born on November 6, 1967, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Arts Vision. Her interest in performing arts began in her school years, where she was a member of a rakugo club in elementary school and a drama club in high school. She trained for her career through correspondence courses from the Katsuta Voice Actor Academy before moving to Tokyo to begin working as a voice actress. In February 2014, she married fellow voice actor Hideki Ogihara.
Takimoto's career, spanning from the 1990s to the present, includes a wide variety of roles in anime, video games, and dubbed versions of foreign films. She is particularly known for voicing young boy characters with energy and sincerity.
