Thiago Fagundes is a Brazilian actor, voice actor, dubbing director, and narrator. He was born in Rio de Janeiro on March 15, 1983, and began his voice acting career as a child, being the grandson of dubbing director and voice actress Sônia Ferreira. His work encompasses a wide range of roles in anime, animated series, films, and live-action television shows.

In the realm of anime, Fagundes is notably recognized as the Portuguese voice of James, a member of the villainous Team Rocket, from the Pokémon franchise. He has voiced the character in several series, including Pokémon XY & Z and Pokémon Sun & Moon, as well as in multiple films such as Pokémon the Movie: Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel, Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You!, and Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution. Another significant role is Varvatos in the fantasy anime series The Greatest Demon Lord is Reborn as a Typical Nobody. He also lent his voice to several characters in the anime series In The Beginning - The Bible Stories, including Isaac, Jafé, and a young Ramsés.
