Inken Baxmeier is a German voice actress and lawyer, born on January 20, 1988, in Berlin. She has been active in voice acting since the age of twelve, balancing this career with her legal profession. After completing her Abitur in 2007, she studied law at Humboldt University Berlin and qualified as a lawyer in 2015, later becoming a notary in 2023.

Baxmeier is widely recognized as the long-standing German voice of the fairy Musa from the Winx Club franchise, a role she has voiced since 2004 across numerous television episodes and several films. Her extensive voice work in anime includes leading and supporting roles in a variety of series. She voiced the protagonist Yona in Yona of the Dawn, Kotomi Ichinose in Clannad, Mari Ohara in Love Live! Sunshine!!, and Sonia Nevermind in Danganronpa 3. In addition to the roles mentioned in series like Concrete Revolutio and Sword Gai, her credits include characters in Magic Kaito 1412, Sankarea, and the films The Garden of Words and Detective Conan: The Crimson Love Letter.
