Sébastien Minéo

Description
Sébastien Minéo is a French voice actor born on March 16, 1990, known for his work in the dubbing of anime and foreign television series into French. His path to voice acting began after he earned a BTS in audiovisual studies with a focus on editing and post-production. While working on a web series and appearing as an extra, he discovered an enjoyment for performance, but the decisive moment came during his first formal dubbing training session.

Minéo pursued extensive professional training to develop his craft. His studies included courses at IMDA formation in Boulogne-Billancourt, where he trained with directors Danièle Hazan, Emmanuel Karsen, Gérard Malabat, and Maurice Latino. He furthered his skills with a stage workshop led by Odile Schmitt and completed specialized courses in animation and fiction at Titra formation with Marie Bureau and Barbara Delsol. He also undertook solo theater training with Les Livreurs in Paris, an experience he felt helped him understand the stakes of a scene in a way that paralleled dubbing work.

Since entering the profession, Minéo has built a substantial portfolio of anime voice roles. He is recognized for voicing Rentaro Kusunoki in Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma, Hanami in Jujutsu Kaisen, Kazuo Kinoshita in Rent-a-Girlfriend, and Kuon Wataru in Blue Lock. His other anime credits include roles in Vinland Saga, Haikyu!!, Baki Hanma, Delicious in Dungeon, and Dandadan. In addition to his work in animation, his voice can be heard in live-action series such as The Playlist, Tommy, and Pulse.

Beyond performance, Minéo has also contributed to the dubbing industry as an assistant director. He has served in this capacity for the French adaptations of several major anime, including Platinum End, Jujutsu Kaisen 0, and the fifth season of My Hero Academia. He has also done voice work for video games, with roles in Wild Hearts and as the character Gideon Aker.
