Angélica Borges is a Brazilian voice actor known for her work in the Portuguese dubs of various anime series and films. Her career encompasses a range of characters, from leading roles in major franchises to supporting parts in established series.

Borges has provided the voice for several prominent anime characters. She voices the Grade 1 jujutsu sorcerer Mei Mei in the television series Jujutsu Kaisen and its prequel film, Jujutsu Kaisen 0. In the Little Witch Academia franchise, she is the Portuguese voice of the talented and aristocratic Diana Cavendish, a role she has played across the original movie, the television series, and the OVA Little Witch Academia: The Enchanted Parade. She also voices Delia Ketchum, the mother of the series' protagonist, in several Pokémon titles, including the television series Pokémon Sun & Moon and Pokémon XY & Z, as well as the film Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You!.

Her other notable roles include Marmo in the series Glitter Force Doki Doki and Angelica Varley in The Ancient Magus' Bride and its accompanying OAV, Those Awaiting a Star.
