Nana Yamaguchi is a Japanese actress and voice actress born on August 10, 1938, in Tokyo. She is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production, where she is recognized as a founding member. Her career in the entertainment industry began in the 1960s, and she has remained active as a performer for over six decades.

Yamaguchi's extensive voice acting filmography includes several notable roles from the early decades of anime. She voiced the character Ruriko Wakatsuki in the 1969 series Tiger Mask. In the mecha genre, she is known for her role as Misato, the housekeeper at the Photon Power Laboratory, in the 1972 series Mazinger Z. She also provided the voice for the character Moya Kirigas in the 1982 series Armored Fleet Dairugger XV. Her work in the 1980s includes the role of the Penguin Queen in the series Mr. Pen Pen.

Throughout her career, Yamaguchi has frequently portrayed motherly figures and supporting characters. She is known for her warm, sweet alto voice. Another significant and long-running role was Queen Sayuri Kinniku in the Kinnikuman anime franchise during the 1980s. She also voiced Neko Musume in the 1968 GeGeGe no Kitaro series and Sally's mother in the original 1966 Sally the Witch. Her work extends to later series as well, including the role of Mrs. Misumi in the long-running anime Atashin'chi in the 2000s.

Yamaguchi's career has involved recurring collaborations with Toei Animation on many of its productions. She has also worked in tokusatsu live-action series, such as Akumaizer 3 in the 1970s, and has performed narration for various programs and commercials.
