Ricardo Spínola is a Portuguese voice actor born on July 23, 1970, in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal. He is a prominent figure in the Portuguese dubbing industry, most recognized for his extensive work on the Dragon Ball franchise. He holds the distinction of being the voice actor who has performed the most roles across the various Dragon Ball series, having voiced more than thirty different characters.

Spínola's filmography within the Dragon Ball universe is vast and includes a wide range of major heroes and villains. In the original Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z series, his roles included Oolong, the Turtle Hermit (Tartaruga Genial), Emperor Pilaf, Tenshinhan, Nappa, and Vegeta in the later episodes. He also voiced the villain Freezer, a role for which he is particularly well-known. His work extended to several Dragon Ball Z films during the late 1990s, where he voiced characters such as Vegeta, Son Goten, and the dragon Shen Long (Dragão Sagrado) in movies like Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest, Broly – The Legendary Super Saiyan, and Wrath of the Dragon.
