Leonel Arias is an Argentine dubbing actor and director known for his work in Latin American Spanish-language versions of various anime series. Based in Córdoba, Argentina, Arias has cultivated over sixteen years of experience in the voice acting industry, with training in theater from the National University of Córdoba as well as various courses. Since 2013, he has also founded and run his own dubbing venture called Dub Times, in addition to working as a dubbing professor for more than ten years and serving as a director of dramatized audiobooks at MediaTek SA starting in 2016.

Arias has voiced leading characters across numerous popular anime titles. In the comedic series Monthly Girls Nozaki-kun, he plays the protagonist Umetaro Nozaki, a tall and stoic high school student who is secretly a renowned shojo manga artist. He takes on the role of Tatsumi, a young warrior who joins a group of assassins, in the dark fantasy action series Akame ga Kill. In the strategic isekai series No Game No Life, Arias voices Sora, the clever half of a genius gamer sibling duo.

Arias also plays the character Riku in the prequel film No Game No Life Zero. His roles in the culinary anime Food Wars Shokugeki no Soma include both the Italian chef Takumi Aldini and Seishu Saotome. For the fantasy adventure series Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon, he provides the voice for the blacksmith character Welf Crozzo. In the horror series Parasyte -the maxim-, Arias voices Hideo Shimada and also portrays the character Miki.

A notable recurring collaboration in Arias work is with voice actress Tamara Veppo. The two have frequently been cast as interconnected lead characters, including as siblings Sora and Shiro in No Game No Life, as romantic counterparts Riku and Schwi in No Game No Life Zero, as Tatsumi and Akame in Akame ga Kill, and as the manga creator Nozaki and his admirer Chiyo Sakura in Monthly Girls Nozaki-kun.
