Shiori Sugiura is a Japanese voice actor from Aichi Prefecture, born on July 1. She is affiliated with the talent agency I'm Enterprise and is a graduate of the Japan Narration Acting Institute.

Sugiura made her debut as a voice actor in 2015, with her first role being Suehiro Mizuho in the television anime series Shomin Sample. In the following years, she gained experience by voicing numerous supporting characters in a variety of series, including roles in The Lost Village, BanG Dream!, and Love Live! Sunshine!!.

A significant early role in her career was providing the voice for Ririka Kenzaki, a first-year oboist, in the 2018 theatrical film Liz and the Blue Bird, part of the Sound! Euphonium franchise. She has since reprised this role in subsequent installments, including the Sound! Euphonium: Ensemble Contest Arc and the third television season. This character represents a recurring role for Sugiura within a major franchise.

Her other notable anime roles include Hina Tsuruno in Kandagawa Jet Girls (2019) and Tomoyo Nakayama in Platinum End (2021). More recently, she voiced Morino Korisu / Nero Alice in the 2024 series Gushing Over Magical Girls. In 2025, she is set to appear in the film Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid: A Lonely Dragon, voicing the character Ilulu.

Beyond anime, Sugiura has an extensive body of work in video games. She is known for voicing Sweep Tosho in Uma Musume Pretty Derby, Vanilla in Arknights, and Saratoga in Azur Lane. Her involvement in game projects also extends to music, as she has performed character songs for series like Uma Musume Pretty Derby and Tōken Ranbu.
