Dave Pettitt is a Canadian voice actor with a career spanning several decades, known for his work in anime dubbing, video games, and television narration. Born in Edmonton, Alberta, he began his professional career in the entertainment industry in 1995 after working in radio broadcasting. He operates his own voice-over business from his studio in Nanaimo, British Columbia.

Pettitt's extensive voice work in anime is closely associated with Blue Water Studios, a now-defunct dubbing studio based in Calgary. Through this association, he contributed to the English adaptations of numerous series throughout the late 1990s and 2000s. A significant portion of his career has been dedicated to the Gundam franchise, where he is particularly recognized for voicing the iconic character Master Asia in Mobile Fighter G Gundam, a role he reprised in several related video games. He also provided voices for the Blue Water Studios dubs of the Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball GT series, taking on characters such as Hercule, Mr. Popo, and Shenron. His other notable anime credits include roles in Zoids: Chaotic Century, Zoids: Guardian Force, Betterman, Inuyasha, and Saber Marionette J to X.

One of his most distinctive roles is that of the titular character, Gregory, in the video game Gregory Horror Show and its subsequent sequels, Gregory Horror Show: The Second Guest and Gregory Horror Show: The Bloody Karte. His performance as the enigmatic proprietor of the haunted Gregory House is a central element of the cult-classic game series.

Beyond anime, Pettitt has achieved widespread recognition for his work as a narrator. Since 2012, he has been the narrator for the long-running and popular Discovery Channel Canada documentary series Highway Thru Hell and its sister series, Heavy Rescue: 401.
