Dearka Elsman is a fictional character from the anime series Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny, first introduced in its predecessor, Mobile Suit Gundam Seed. Born on March 29 in Cosmic Era 54, he is a Coordinator, meaning he was genetically enhanced before birth, and he hails from the PLANTs, the space colonies where Coordinators primarily reside.
