Description
Jun Suzuki attends Sakuragaoka High School alongside classmates Azusa Nakano and Ui Hirasawa. Her dark brown hair is typically secured in two small quills or updos, complementing her dark brown eyes. Playful and easygoing by nature, she occasionally exhibits unintentional rudeness that draws reprimands from Azusa.
Ui Hirasawa, who knew Jun since junior high, initially suggested she join the Light Music Club. However, after observing the members' peculiar behavior during a club visit, Jun declined and instead joined the jazz club, swayed by a cool upperclassman there. She plays bass guitar in that club using a Yamaha SBV500 in Pearl White and openly admires the Light Music Club's bassist, Mio Akiyama.
Jun later regrets her choice upon learning of the Light Music Club's enjoyable experiences. After the original members graduate, she joins the club as bassist for the new band Wakaba Girls, performing with Azusa, Ui, Sumire Saitō, and Nao Okuda.
She has an older brother, Atsushi Suzuki, whom she affectionately calls "Acchan." He plays bass in a university band and provides her "secret training sessions" to improve her skills, as Jun admits she "still sucks at bass." Though she denies being especially close to him, Jun enjoys clinging to him, and their bond—marked by the nickname—appears couple-like.
Jun owns a cat nicknamed "Azu-nyan 2" by Azusa. When no one else could care for it, she asked Azusa, who reluctantly agreed. Jun ties her hair up to prevent it from "exploding" and claims to predict weather based on morning hair puffiness—for instance, asserting 90% humidity forecasts rain.
