Description
Crow Hogan, orphaned in Satellite during the Zero Reverse incident, wandered alone struggling for necessities without formal education. Discovering discarded Duel Monsters cards like "D.D. Crow" and "Crow Goblin" changed his life. Building a Deck honed his literacy and arithmetic. He forged a close bond with Yusei Fudo and Jack Atlas, becoming foster brothers under Martha. Alongside Kalin Kessler, they formed the duel gang "The Enforcers," earning Crow the nickname "Crow the Bullet." The gang dissolved after Kalin's descent into cruelty and arrest.

Driven by his harsh childhood, Crow carved out a hideout near the Daedalus Bridge to care for Satellite's orphans. He provided them food, shelter, and Duel Monsters cards – often stolen – teaching them to duel, actions resulting in multiple criminal marks on his face. He later assisted researcher Robert Pearson, who shared his goal of helping Satellite's children. After Pearson was fatally injured in a fire, he entrusted Crow with his Duel Runner, the "Blackbird," and his Duel Disk. Unbeknownst to Crow, the Blackbird concealed the card "Black-Winged Dragon."

Crow actively supported Yusei against the Dark Signers and Sector Security. He engaged in critical Turbo Duels, including a Tag Duel with Yusei against Security and a Shadow Turbo Duel against Dark Signer Greiger to avenge kidnapped children. His resourcefulness was evident when he tricked Greiger into dueling by feigning possession of a bomb (or EMP generator in the dub).

In the Synchro Dimension (*Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V*), Crow shares a nearly identical appearance and role, caring for orphans Frank, Amanda, and Tarren. Distrustful of oppressive Topsiders, he initially viewed Jack Atlas as a traitor for failing to improve conditions for the Commons. He allied with the Lancers against Duel Academy's Obelisk Force after their attack. Participating in the Friendship Cup, he defeated Gong Strong in the first round but distanced himself from Shinji Weber's revolutionary methods. His journey involved imprisonment in the Facility, a prison camp for Commons, and eventual escape.

Within *Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D: Bonds Beyond Time*, Crow appears during the 5D's-era segments. He and Jack initiated a Turbo Duel to lift Yusei's spirits after a nightmare about Zero Reverse. Time-traveling antagonist Paradox intercepted them, challenging Yusei. Crow witnessed Paradox use a blank card to absorb and corrupt Yusei's "Stardust Dragon" before vanishing. Crow, Yusei, and Jack investigated historical anomalies linked to Paradox's time meddling, discovering news articles depicting "Stardust Dragon" in past eras and Paradox's presence. As New Domino City crumbled from temporal disruptions, Crow observed the Crimson Dragon empower Yusei's Duel Runner for a time-travel mission to stop Paradox. Crow remained in the present as Yusei departed.
