Taishi handles the circle's logistics—registration, printing, and payments—while Kazuki creates the artwork.

A proactive otaku with chuunibyou tendencies, Taishi makes grandiose declarations about world conquest or elaborate schemes, framing everyday mishaps as part of his "great design." His personality mixes ambition, mischief, and sporadic insight, delivered with theatrical flair for comic relief. In the *Comic Party Special* OVAs, he instigates a hot-springs trip plot by attempting to infiltrate the women's bath and touching a statue resembling *To Heart*'s HMX-12 Multi.
