Description
Three high school girls, Fūka Nagisa, Julie Yūki, and Kanon Amamiya, are suddenly granted superpowers from the heavens. Determined to use their newfound abilities for good, they attempt to defeat Dark Skull, the leader of a sinister evil organization. Their mission, however, ends in complete failure as they are soundly defeated in battle. The story takes an unexpected turn when the girls are abducted by the very organization they sought to destroy. Instead of facing a grim fate, their captor, Dark Skull, announces a surprising plan: he intends to produce them as a superhero idol group. This premise sets the stage for a love comedy where defeated heroines are forced into an unconventional partnership with their arch-nemesis.
The main characters are the three heroines. Fūka Nagisa, Julie Yūki, and Kanon Amamiya are students whose lives are upended when they receive their powers. Their adversary, Dark Skull, serves as the last boss and unexpected producer for the new idol group. The narrative unfolds in a contemporary setting where supernatural forces and an evil organization with theatrical ambitions intrude upon ordinary high school life.
The manga begins with the girls receiving their powers and their subsequent failed assault on the evil organization. The central conflict and comedic elements arise from the forced collaboration between the defeated heroines and their captor. The primary narrative arc follows the trio as they navigate the bizarre circumstances of being trained and managed as hero idols under the thumb of their former enemy. The story concludes with the final chapter, bringing the tale of these unconventional idols to an end.
