Kouta Takeda, a young entry-level office worker at XOX Corporation, is placed under the direct supervision of Kyouko Takizawa. Takizawa is a stunning and voluptuous woman who has a fearsome reputation throughout the company as an inflexible and cruel boss. However, Takeda quickly discovers that his new superior is not the cold iron lady everyone believes her to be, and that she is actually quite kind and thoughtful, especially towards him.

The story follows the daily working life of Takeda and Takizawa, focusing on the gradual evolution of their relationship as colleagues and friends, which slowly hints at the possibility of becoming something more. A significant portion of the comedy stems from the contrast between Takeda’s polite and professional demeanor and his obvious distraction caused by his boss’s physical assets.
