Shirou, a kind-hearted agricultural science professor known for his gentle nature, is suddenly transported to a brutal fantasy world alongside his entire laboratory and his seminar students. This new reality is a savage matriarchy where humans are enslaved and ruled by violent monster girls.

With the lives of his students threatened and possessing no inherent combat abilities, Shirou realizes that his only weapons are his intellect and the contents of his lab. He decides to use his knowledge of biochemistry and pharmaceuticals to overturn the existing order. His unconventional plan is not to fight the monster girls directly but to use science to seduce, tame, and ultimately rule over them in order to free humanity.

Several narrative arcs shape the story. The initial arc establishes Shirous arrival, the danger to his students, and his decision to use forbidden science in a world of monsters. A subsequent arc involves the defeat of the Antinous Kingdom and a crisis where a character named Savana is poisoned by ant venom. This incident prompts Shirou to travel to the Water God Kingdom. There, he faces the challenge of the sea gods pact while uncovering mysteries behind a white woman known as the Witch of Ishutam. The overarching plot follows Shirou as he meets and subdues various monster girls, aiming to use his agricultural and pharmaceutical knowledge to build a harem and eventually establish a new nation.
