The evil secret organization Gokuark has been destroyed by heroes, leaving its forces scattered and its infrastructure in ruins. The sole survivor of the leadership is the next Great Leader, a young and reclusive girl who barely escaped the collapse. She is joined by Saitou, her loyal middle-aged henchman and a former combatant. Now living together in a shabby, run-down apartment, this mismatched pair attempts to rebuild their fallen empire. Despite her impressive title, the new Great Leader is clumsy, scatterbrained, and utterly useless, often causing more problems than she solves. The series follows their daily struggles as they navigate poverty, domestic chores, and the monumental task of restoring Gokuark to its former glory, all while the sweet yet awkward dynamic between the adorable but incompetent chief and her weary, dependable subordinate takes center stage. Written and illustrated by Yuushi Hashimoto, this comedy fantasy slice of life manga began serialization in 2024.
