Ichikawa Itsuki is a fifteen-year-old boy who stands only 148 centimeters tall, making him a tiny figure despite practicing karate under his father, who is a renowned expert in the sport. The story takes place in a high school setting where Itsuki becomes the inspiration for Suzuki Mio, also fifteen, who dreams of becoming a professional shoujo manga creator. As a comedic and romantic one-shot narrative, the plot revolves around the dynamic between the pint-sized banchou, or gang leader, and the aspiring artist, exploring whether the two can overcome their differences and come together.
