Tsumugi-chan, a clumsy and earnest girl, has been fascinated by her classmate Seto-san ever since a brief encounter at the entrance ceremony. Seto-san is the beautiful and cool class representative, always composed and reserved. Tsumugi is convinced that Seto-san’s laugh must be wonderful to see, and she becomes determined to make it happen. Day after day, Tsumugi devises a variety of schemes—from inviting Seto to watch something funny together to trying silly antics—but her clumsy nature causes each plan to end in failure. What Tsumugi does not realize is that Seto-san is secretly deeply affected by her efforts.
