Yuu, a student at Private Bambi Academy, is living on campus as a homeless girl after her parents vanished. Desperately hungry and without any means to support herself, she hits upon a plan: form new school clubs, collect the club funding allocated by the school, and use that money to buy food. With the help of a younger classmate named Ai, Yuu pitches one outrageous club after another to the school’s lecherous principal, relying on risqué persuasion tactics to get each club approved. The principal, torn between his desire and his job security, frequently finds himself on the verge of being fired because of Yuu’s schemes. Once a club is established, Yuu receives the funding, but the club itself rarely lasts long – either because she loses interest, the principal revokes it, or the situation spirals into absurd conflict with other club members or faculty.
