A young man named Sakoda is forced to transfer schools due to his parents’ circumstances and returns to his hometown. At his new high school, he catches the attention of the beautiful, academically excellent student council president, popularly known as Hime-sama. She offers to look after him, and what begins as a seemingly innocent arrangement quickly escalates into a series of secret after-school games that are far from proper. The comedy centers on the unpredictable, high-energy antics between the two, as Hime-sama relentlessly teases and plays with Sakoda in increasingly absurd ways. As the story progresses, it is revealed that Hime-sama is actually Sugaki, the same girl who mercilessly bullied Sakoda when they were in elementary school.
