Honoka Inoue is a Japanese voice actress and singer affiliated with the talent agency Office Anemone. She was born in Kanagawa Prefecture on February 9, 1998, and is the daughter of renowned voice actress Kikuko Inoue. Inoue began her career in entertainment as a singer in 2015, performing under the mononym Honoka, before transitioning to voice acting in 2016.
Her early voice acting roles included minor characters in series such as Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School and Maho Girls PreCure!. A significant early supporting role came in 2017 when she voiced Phyracorlybia Dorio in the anime series WorldEnd.
