Honoka Inoue is a Japanese voice actress and singer affiliated with the talent agency Office Anemone. She was born in Kanagawa Prefecture on February 9, 1998, and is the daughter of renowned voice actress Kikuko Inoue. Inoue began her career in entertainment as a singer in 2015, performing under the mononym Honoka, before transitioning to voice acting in 2016.

Her early voice acting roles included minor characters in series such as Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School and Maho Girls PreCure!. A significant early supporting role came in 2017 when she voiced Phyracorlybia Dorio in the anime series WorldEnd. That same year, she and her mother appeared together as a daughter and mother in the original net animation Pokémon Generations. In 2018, she was cast as Sakura Uzuki in the anime series Pazudora.

That year, she also played Aiko Ninomiya in the fishing-themed slice-of-life series Slow Loop, Gumchi in the anime adaptation of the game Ninjala, and Tanpopo in In the Heart of Kunoichi Tsubaki. A significant milestone was announced for 2025, when she was cast as the titular character in the new anime adaptation Anne Shirley, based on the classic novel Anne of Green Gables. She is also set to voice Kaoruko Waguri in the 2025 anime The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity and Sheryl in the upcoming series Rebuild World. Her performance as Kaoruko Waguri earned her a ranking of 7th in the Best Female Seiyuu category at the Summer 2025 Anime Awards, reflecting growing fan appreciation for her work.
