Rebecca Forstadt is an American voice actress recognized for her extensive work in English-language dubs of anime, where she frequently provides voices for young female characters. Her career in entertainment began after she studied theater at Orange Coast College in California. She initially performed in melodramas at Knott's Berry Farm and later worked in Hollywood as a wardrobe mistress on television shows such as The White Shadow and Hill Street Blues, as well as on the film S.O.B. She also appeared in live theater productions and took on small roles in television series and low-budget films during this period.

Forstadt's breakthrough in voice acting came when she landed the leading role of Lynn Minmei in the English adaptation of the landmark 1980s anime series Robotech, a role for which she was often credited under the pseudonym Reba West. This part established her as a prominent figure in the industry and led to hundreds of subsequent voice roles in anime.

Over a decades-long career, she has voiced a wide array of characters across numerous notable series. She is the voice of Nunnally vi Britannia in the Code Geass franchise, including the film Code Geass: Lelouch of the Re;surrection. In the Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex series, she voiced the Tachikoma tanks. She has a long association with the Tenchi Muyo! franchise, most famously as the voice of Mihoshi Kuramitsu in various series, OVAs, and movies such as Tenchi Muyo! Ryo Ohki: Final Confrontations. Her other prominent anime roles include Rika Furude in When They Cry, Suiseiseki in Rozen Maiden, Tima in the film Metropolis, Pai Ayanokoji in 3x3 Eyes, and Monomi in the video game Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair. She also voiced multiple characters in the series Eiken, including both Komoe Harumachi and Kyoko Morooka, as well as roles in Armitage: Dual-Matrix, Mobile Suit Gundam: The Movie Trilogy, and many others.

Beyond acting, Forstadt has also contributed to anime production as a script adaptation writer for series such as Digimon: Digital Monsters and Samurai Girl Real Bout High School. Her voice work extends beyond anime to include western animated series like Hey Arnold! and The Mr. Men Show, live-action shows such as Masked Rider and Power Rangers: Time Force, and background voices for feature films including Antz and Dr. Dolittle. Throughout her career, she has also been credited under several other names, including Reba West, Riva West, and Becky Olkowski.
