Peggy Sander is a German voice actress known for her extensive work in dubbing anime and international series for the German-speaking market. Born in Berlin in 1969, she comes from a family of actors; she is the daughter of Rüdiger Sander and the sister of Tim Sander.

Sander has built a substantial career lending her voice to a wide array of characters in anime productions. She is perhaps most recognized for her long-standing role as the voice of Ritsuko Akagi, the chief scientist at NERV. She has voiced this character across nearly all major Evangelion releases, including the original Neon Genesis Evangelion television series, the films Death & Rebirth and The End of Evangelion, and throughout the Rebuild of Evangelion film series, which includes Evangelion: 3.0+1.0: Thrice Upon A Time.

Her other prominent anime roles include the ruthless Balalaika in Black Lagoon and its subsequent installments, Karen Kasumi in X, and Izumi Tachibana in the Kujibiki Unbalance OVA. Her filmography also includes the role of Rachel in Zone of the Enders: Idolo, Frau Kamoshita in the Rumiko Takahashi Anthology, Masago in the Akakiri episode of Star Wars: Visions, and Sister Jill in Cutey Honey Flash.

Beyond anime, Sander's voice is familiar to German audiences from numerous live-action series. She has dubbed Dr. Elizabeth Corday in ER, Sarah MacKenzie in JAG, Edie Britt in Desperate Housewives, and Detective Sofia Curtis in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
